As Safety Database Associate, you support pharmacovigilance systems and tools to ensure compliant, efficient safety management. You will configure and maintain PV platforms, assist with validation and documentation, and train users across affiliates and providers. The role blends system administration with cross-functional collaboration to enable timely safety communications. This is an opportunity to contribute to patient safety through robust data and compliant processes at Recordati.

- Configure and maintain PV systems and tools (e.g., Oracle Argus, Veeva Vault, Group SharePoint)
- Ensure system updates comply with current legislation and internal SOPs/WIs
- Provide user support and training to internal departments, Affiliates and Providers
- Support validation activities,



including test executions and documentation maintenance
- Prepare SOPs and Work Instructions for PV processes
- Implement new system functionalities and adapt configurations to new requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company or basic PV knowledge
- Familiarity with CSV/Data Integrity principles
- Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance safety databases (e.g., Oracle Argus); familiarity with Qdocs or similar systems (e.g., Veeva) is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
