The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division’s global footprint.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regionsDevelop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiativesOversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge managementCollaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rolloutsDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goalsServe as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap developmentHow to convince usBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management,
or a related fieldBasic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL; ITIL certification is aplusInterest in service management, process improvement, and automationFamiliarity with Confluence and Jira is a plusBasic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantageInterest in reporting and data analysis tools (e.G. Power BI)Good English skills (B2); German is a plusWe are looking for a motivated and proactive person who is eager to learn and grow.
