You will work closely with the bCustomer Success, Engineering and RD teams /b, helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies. /ppThis role combines btechnical troubleshooting, software validation, and customer-facing support /b, offering exposure to cutting-edge automation and additive manufacturing systems. /ppbr/ppbFew examples of responsibilities:
/b /pulliPerform bsoftware testing and validation /b on Caracol’s additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance. /liliExecute bhands-on robotic 3D printing tests /b to validate toolpath planning, slicing processes, and printing quality on large-scale AM systems. /liliHelp btechnical support and field engineering teams /b in troubleshooting Level 2 software-related issues, occasionally interacting with customers. /liliProvide binternal training and guidance /b to support teams to help them handle common Level 1 technical requests. /liliCollaborate with bRD and software teams /b to report bugs, suggest improvements, and collect feedback from real production use. /li /ulpbr/ppbIdeal Background: /b /pulliDegree or Technical diploma (ITS) in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field /lili1-3 years of experience in software testing and validation, as well as technical customer support, within the industrial automation or robotics sector. /liliExperience in Additive Manufacturing is a strong plus /liliValid driving license and own vehicle required /liliFluency in English and Italian is mandatory /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to have: /b /pulliBasic knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, or Java) and scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or Bash) /liliExperience with industrial robots and basic knowledge of robot programming, preferably with KUKA, ABB or Universal Robots /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer: /b /pulliSalary range: €30.000–€35.000, depending on experience /liliFlexible working hours and smartworking /liliOpportunity for career advancement /liliFriendly, international and innovative work environment /liliContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ulpbr/ppCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
