Job Description SummaryAs PLM Technical Product Analyst you will be part of the Digital Technology team, acting as a Technical Product Analyst for engineering software. You will be implementing new projects for CAD/PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and you will be responsible to define CAD/PLM best practices and methodologies. You will work on military programs, delivering digital solutions that will enable the Avio Aero Engineering team to create, manage and consume restricted and non-restricted data across the entire lifecycle of the products.You will partner with stakeholders across all the Avio Aero’s sites in Italy, Poland and Czech Republic, but also in the other European facilities.Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage CAD/PLM software products to enable and support the implementation of NPI/NTI programs for military applicationsManage Product lifecycle and obsolescence, develop and present business cases for investments in technologies and software products in your domainParticipate actively in planning research and development activitiesAct as the team liaison with the Engineering community, proactively engaging them to ensure proper supportElaborate and map business requirements into functional and technical solutionsWork closely with implementation teams to drive developments on CAD/PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platformsInteract with international, cross-business and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver global solutions for the Engineering teamsEstablish strong relationships with DT counterparts across the org,



Europe and US basedApply the Agile methodology and the SAFE framework to deliver solutions on time and on costConduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personasRequired QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fieldProven technical depth on Computer Aided Systems and Product Lifecycle Management Platforms in a complex, multi-disciplinary, globally distributed environmentDemonstrated industry experience on PLM-related projectsComfortable in uncertainty, able to deliver when guidelines are blurryStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in geographically sparse cross-functional teamsAble to adjust communication (e.G. level of complexity) to align with audience, to use relevant and appropriate presentation techniques, to respond to questions and to dissent in a constructive mannerFluent Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsTechnical depth and experience on Siemens or PTC PLM technologies/solutionsProven expertise on 3D modeling of mechanical components in Siemens NX or similar softwareExpertise on data governance in the PLM domain, in particular related to International Trade Compliance,
