Evolve Therapy Services is a therapy management organization hiring compassionate therapists for our partner located in South Sioux City, NE!Job PositionCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an In-house Skilled Nursing FacilityJob TypePRNJob PurposeTo plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by Administrator, to ensure that highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.Job FunctionsConduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient based off scope of practicePerform treatment plan to residents; follow short- and long-term goals and methods to achieve goals based off of the established plan of care by supervising therapistInterpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers,
