TXT e-Techa company of the TXT Group, is looking for professional to join projects within the Aerospace & Defense domain.The selected resource will become part of a specialized team focused on avionics systems and Command & Control solutions, contributing to system engineering, simulation, algorithm modeling and safety-critical software development activities.Main responsibilities:Analysis, definition of requirements and design of avionics Command & Control system architecturesFunctional analysis and architectural design of complex systemsSimulation of weapon systems using Synthetic Environment methodologiesSoftware design and development according to DO-178C standardsRequired technical skills:Depending on seniority and area of expertise, candidates should possess one or more of the following skills:Simulation & Software DevelopmentKnowledge of object-oriented programming and C/C++ languagesFamiliarity with graphical and simulation frameworksKnowledge of communication protocolsReal-Time & Safety-Critical SoftwareAbility to design complex software architecturesExperience in real-time software developmentKnowledge of safety-critical software developmentUnderstanding of the software lifecycleKnowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsOptional technical skills:Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of SCADE softwareAbility to model, develop and test algorithmsKnowledge of Command & Control algorithmsEducation:Aerospace EngineeringComputer EngineeringElectronic EngineeringSTEM disciplinesSoft skills:Team working attitudeWhy choose TXT Group:Career opportunities in a rapidly growing company; Chance to work in an international, young, and dynamic environment; Corporate benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, meal vouchers, employee discounts); The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 35.000 € and EUR 40.000 € gross per year.The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).This position is open to candidates of all genders in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
