For our IT team, we are looking for an IT Manufacturing & Purchasing Associate Manager, within the Manufacturing,
Purchasing and Product Data unit. The role reports to the Manufacturing, Purchasing & Product Data Associate Director and it is based in our headquarters in Parma.
Job purposeThe role is responsible for designing the solutions and managing the execution of the assigned projects; s/he will monitor the status of initiatives and activities while maintaining status reports and adherence to the IT governance model, will ensure the commitment of the whole project team (internal/external resources), and ensure a high standard of solution quality. The person in this role will work closely with Business Partners (Global and Regional), IT Infrastructure, Architecture & Cybersecurity, and all IT colleagues, ensuring the proper application of the company’s ‘security by design’ guidelines. S/he will anticipate risks and proactively inform the relevant manager/stakeholders on issues and timing changes.
