He/She represents the voice of the customer within the organization and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement activities. The role supports the resolution of customer claims and quality issues, ensures compliance with customer requirements and quality standards, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. When assigned to a specific customer, he/she may act as Quality Leader, representing the company from a quality perspective and supporting customer satisfaction, risk management and performance improvement. /ppbMain Tasks /b /pulliUnderstand customer requirements and define appropriate preventive and corrective action plans. /liliAct as the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting a customer-focused quality culture. /liliCoordinate with internal departments to collect information, prepare documentation and provide customer reports. /liliManage customer claims, warranty issues and audit findings, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions. /liliPrepare, support and follow up customer audits, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and quality standards. /liliConduct and support internal system, process and product audits. /liliSupport customer-requested testing activities,
new product launches and product/process homologation projects. /liliDeliver training and awareness activities related to customer requirements and quality standards. /liliMonitor and report on customer quality KPIs, including PPM, warranty performance, non-conformities and claims status. /liliLead or participate in cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and Six Sigma. /liliAct as Quality Leader for assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk assessment and continuous quality improvement. /liliExercise the authority to stop processes or products in the event of quality-related non-conformities. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related discipline. /liliExperience in Quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment. /liliAutomotive industry experience and knowledge of APQP and PPAP are considered a strong advantage. /liliExperience working with international customers and cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. /liliPractical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D and FMEA. /liliKnowledge of system, process and product auditing methodologies. /liliUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, customer requirements and international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA). /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software. /liliFluent written and spoken English. /liliStrong communication, customer management, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /ppExide offers a multinational and dynamic environment, an attractive compensation package, company meal service and the opportunity to grow and develop within an international organization. /ppbr/p
