Bulgari Italia, within its Marketing & Communication Department , is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive Marketing Specialist to join the team based in Rome .
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives for the Business Partners channel, including Franchisees and Wholesalers across Italy and Southern & Eastern Europe (Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine).
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will support the team in the following key activities:
- Develop and implement structured Marketing & Communication plans in collaboration with Business Partners, ensuring strong brand consistency across all channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and marketing activities organized with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with Bulgari’s quality standards.
- Define and manage media plans together with Business Partners, covering traditional media, social media, digital platforms, and out-of-home visibility.
- Support Visual Merchandising activities for Business Partners.
- Support Business Partners in the effective management of marketing and communication budgets , ensuring compliance with contractual spending commitments.
- Conduct ad hoc post-event analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports for HQ , as well as internal meeting materials and presentations.
Job Requirements:
- 5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both Italian and English considered as a must.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especiallyExcelandPowerPoint)
- Highly organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Distinctive communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
