Purpose of the position As a Senior BIM Specialist for Building Design , you will respond to the BUILD Department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line.
How can you support us? BIM Model Authoring and Quality Assurance: Ability to independently develop, manage and verify Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models using Revit and/or Tekla, ensuring compliance with OpenBIM best practices, project requirements, required Levels of Information, and intended BIM uses.
Ability to guide and support Architectural, Structural and MEP specialists, external suppliers and subcontractors in the development and validation of BIM models, ensuring alignment with project standards, requirements and BIM objectives.
BIM Standards, Libraries and Process Automation: Ability to develop and maintain Revit libraries, families, templates, project settings and Dynamo scripts to enhance company standards, improve productivity, streamline modeling processes and increase overall design quality.
BIM Management and Project Implementation Support: Ability to support BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators in defining BIM authoring best practices, preparing EIRs and BEPs, developing interoperable data models, assessing project risks and ensuring effective BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
