With the expansion of international activities and clients, NTU’s project pipeline and opportunities have grown significantly, therefore, we are looking for a motivated and result oriented individual, who is interested in experiencing our culture, intensive business environment, challenges as well as being part of our international success. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliUnderstanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope. /liliSourcing of experts for current and future projects /liliUtilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates. /liliNegotiation of contracts and agreements with experts /liliCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development.
/li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications and skills: /b /pulliA master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields; /liliAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs /liliFamiliarity with EC framework contracts /liliAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts /liliExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc. /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines /liliGreat teamworking /liliStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail /liliA structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point). /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguage and skills: /b /pulliFluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level) /liliFluency in oral and written French would be an advantage /li /ulpbr/ppbOther information: /b /ppIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV under the heading “Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant”.
