ServiceNow Project Manager

HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to expand and strengthen the team at its Sondrio office. Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of approximately 15 people, including developers, analysts, and testers;
- Lead and oversee the team's activities on the ServiceNow platform;
- Plan and manage IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Manage customer relationships (customer management);
- Align the team's activities with project objectives and client needs;
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication;
- Monitor project progress, performance, and results. Required technical skills:
- Experience in IT project management;
- Ability to manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform;
- Experience in the operational management of technical teams (developers, analysts, testers);
- Skills in client management and project deliverables. The ideal candidate also possesses strong coordination skills,

- Permanent employment contract under the Italian Commerce Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Commercio), with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €39,000 to €47,000.
