Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations (inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch) during shifts, serving as the core operational bridge between local floor teams and international headquarters. # The Scope: You will directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments, managing real-time labor reallocation, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring strict compliance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement ( CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione ).

Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput: Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch. # Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Italian warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams. # Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers,

and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to Italian workplace health and safety laws ( D.High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. # Mandarin Language Mastery: Professional fluency in Mandarin, Italian, and English is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and global HQ. # Systems & WMS Literacy: Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure. # Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
