What you will do
- Define and implement strategies for tenders, contracts, and related business processes aligned with commercial priorities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists,

monitoring performance through defined KPIs and engagement indicators
- Manage end-to-end tender and contract lifecycle, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and high-quality deliverables
- Drive strategic decision-making by integrating competitive insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking (win/loss ratios, pipeline conversion)
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, compliance, legal) to strengthen business decisions and outcomes
- Ensure full compliance with applicable public procurement regulations and internal policies
- Monitor and optimize pipeline, contract governance, and risk management frameworks to support business planning
- Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives (standardization, simplification, digitalization) to increase efficiency and scalability
