The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead high-profile industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across Europe. This role demands someone who excels at uniting multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project focus, and translating complex technical challenges into coordinated solutions. You'll act as an architectural leader not just for design, but as a connector who brings together diverse expertise, keeps teams aligned on objectives, and communicates clearly with colleagues and clients alike.

Strategic
Communication – Fluent in English and Italian; skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to clients and internal teams Project Stewardship – Drive projects forward with clear objectives, managing competing priorities and keeping teams focused Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and teams throughout project lifecycles Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with professional registration required or in progress ~8+ years' proven experience designing and delivering process plants, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrial complexes ~ Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, process engineering principles, and plant workflows. Proven expertise in Italian building regulations and international codes ~ BIM familiarity (ability to navigate complex Navisworks models) ~ Experience leading permit submissions and regulatory approvals would be beneficial.
