In close collaboration with commercial, technical, and regional teams, the successful candidate will help bring new products and solutions to market and support the execution of the Italian and regional growth strategy.Develop and execute the business development and marketing plan for ItalyLead and develop the Italian marketing & agronomy team, providing clear direction and priorities, allocate budget and resources to reach our strategic targetsDevelop marketing campaigns and customer activities that support commercial growthWork closely with the commercial teams to position products and solutions in the marketIdentify customer needs, market trends, and competitive developments to support business decisionsSupport the launch and commercialization of new products and servicesBuild strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and external partnersChallenge and support business leaders by bringing new ideas, market insights,
and commercial opportunitiesWork closely with regional teams to align local initiatives with the overall business strategyMonitor the impact of marketing and business development activities and recommend improvementsProfileMaster's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, or a related fieldAround 5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, commercial management, or related rolesExperience developing and executing successful marketing and commercial growth initiativesStrong commercial understanding and business acumenGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience leading teams and working across functionsFluent in Italian and EnglishExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skillsComfortable working in an international and multicultural environmentStructured, proactive, and results-orientedStrong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and commitment across the organizationAdditional InformationLocation: Our preferred location for this role is Milan, Italy.
