EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing company in its search for a Process Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role is based near Vicenza with flexibility on home base. Our global client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:
- Support the industrialization of new or modified processes ideally experienced with Vacuum processes , collaborating with R&D;, Production, and Quality Control.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and manage trials to define standard machine parameters.
- Analyze waste and non-conformities , identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Scout for new technical solutions , supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment.
- Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processes.
Requirements for the Process Engineer:
- University degree in a scientific or technical field.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of high vacuum technology, metal evaporation, and deposition processes .
- Familiarity with machine automation and lean manufacturing principles .
