Tasks
Pilot plant maintenance and implementation of new equipment
Planning and realization of application trials at pilot plant, supporting projects and customers' needs
Raw materials evaluation/harmonization
Active participation in training/workshop
Support to production for optimization and implementation of new formulas
Close collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS
Controlling R&D; Budget by tracking and categorizing expenses related to product development trials, training initiatives, technical seminars.
Support integration activities
Skills
Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar
3-5 years of experience in a food company (R&D; or OPS). xrdztoy Experience in the meat industry is an advantage
Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken
Positive approach, strong team spirit, open minded, good communication skills, motivated and passionat
