The Quality Assistant & Auditor is responsible for continuously verifying the organization’s compliance with applicable aviation regulatory requirements, company procedures, and the quality standards established by the organization.

This position ensures the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring system by planning and conducting audits, managing nonconformities, monitoring corrective actions, and overseeing documentation related to personnel qualifications, authorizations, and training.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance Monitoring and Audits

- Support the planning and execution of the Annual Audit Program.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulations, company procedures, and MOE.
- Prepare audit reports and manage the tracking of nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Verify the effectiveness of the improvement actions implemented.




- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the organization.
- Support audits and inspections conducted by customers, and external entities.

Documentation and Qualifications Management

- Monitor the validity of personnel qualifications, authorizations, licenses, and certifications.
- Manage and archive documentation related to training, skills, and experience.
- Verify the completeness and currency of personnel records.
- Manage the database of qualifications and training deadlines.
- Ensure the proper retention of required documentary evidence.

Training and Competencies

- Monitor compliance with staff training requirements.
- Support the planning and coordination of training activities.
- Verify the validity of mandatory and specialized training.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Support the dissemination of company procedures and documentation.

Quality System and Continuous Improvement

- Promote a culture of quality and compliance.
- Support the analysis of nonconformities and root causes.
- Propose and monitor actions to improve the Quality Management System.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in aeronautics, aerospace, engineering,



or equivalent fields.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of EASA aviation regulations.
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements.
- Knowledge of auditing principles and quality management systems.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

- EASA Part-145 course.
- Auditor training according to recognized standards (e.g., EN ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Aircraft Type Training.
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance organizations or regulated quality systems.
