WHAT WE OFFER

Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.
