The cooking is fairly straight forward, fruit platter in the morning, a light lunch and a rare dinner. The owners prefer to eat out.
This is 80% stewing and 20% cooking. xbvzest It would suit an individual who would like to move into a chef role but who doesn't yet have the experience.
