Compensation &

Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is up to €65,000-€67,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes an Annual Gross Variable Salary, eligibility for a company car, meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals working across multi-cloud and on-premises environments. Your primary focus will be to support people's growth, foster engagement, and ensure the right balance between individual career aspirations and business needs,



while maintaining the technical credibility needed to understand the team's work and guide informed decisions. Leading, mentoring and developing a team of infrastructure professionals working across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises technologies. Acting as the primary point of reference for the professional growth of team members, supporting career development, skills evolution and long-term engagement. Defining, monitoring and reviewing individual development plans, including career paths, skills assessments, training initiatives and certification plans. Coordinating team workload, resource allocation, bench management and vacation planning in collaboration with Service and Delivery Managers to ensure an effective balance between business priorities and people's wellbeing. Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process by defining hiring needs, participating in technical and behavioural interviews, and facilitating the successful integration of new team members. Promoting both vertical and horizontal career growth, identifying future technical leaders and supporting succession planning. Collaborating closely with Service and Delivery Managers to align project needs, business priorities and resource availability while ensuring employees' professional aspirations are considered.



Providing technical guidance to understand the team's challenges and support informed career and organizational decisions, without necessarily being involved in day-to-day technical operations. Previous experience as a People Manager, Team Lead, Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within Infrastructure or IT organizations. Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform); familiarity with on-premises infrastructure technologies (networking, virtualization and storage) is considered a strong advantage. Proven experience in people management, including performance evaluations, development planning, coaching, conflict resolution and handling sensitive employee conversations.

Experience supporting recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and retention of technical professionals. Strong ability to assess organizational climate, foster employee engagement and proactively manage retention and turnover risks. Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills, with a collaborative and empathetic leadership style. Ability to balance business priorities with individual development needs while working closely with Service and Delivery Managers.

Fluent

English (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, in an international working environment.
