As Site Manager, you will lead construction activities on large‑scale solar projects, working closely with internal teams, contractors and authorities to ensure successful project delivery. You will have a high level of responsibility, the freedom to make decisions, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the expansion of renewable energy across Italy. /ph3Tasks: /h3olliManage daily construction activities and ensure project execution in line with schedules and milestones /liliCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics to ensure efficient project delivery /liliMonitor construction progress, costs and timelines and proactively mitigate project risks /liliEnsure compliance with approved designs, permits and technical specifications /liliCoordinate secondary permits and liaise with local and regional authorities throughout the construction phase /liliLead contractor coordination and support commercial management regarding variations and claims /liliImplement quality management measures,
