Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel team People&Culture; con un percorso di stage, che avrà l’possibilità di acquisire una visione concreta e trasversale delle principali attività legate alle persone e all’organizzazione.
La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team P&C;, supportando le attività quotidiane e contribuendo a progetti e iniziative volte a facilitare e supportare l’organizzazione anche nei futuri progetti di sviluppo.
- Supporto alle attività di recruiting e selezione (pubblicazione degli annunci, screening dei CV, gestione dei colloqui)
- Supporto nei processi di onboarding e offboarding
- Supporto alle attività operative e organizzative del team People&Culture;
- Collaborazione a progetti e iniziative P&C;
- Elaborazione di report e presentazioni
- Collaborazione con i diversi team aziendali sulle tematiche People&Culture;
Requisiti
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Psicologia, Risorse Umane, Economia, Business Administration o discipline umanistiche
- Forte interesse per il mondo People&Culture;
- Buone capacità organizzative e di comunicazione
- Persona proattiva, curiosa e con voglia di imparare
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire diverse attività in parallelo
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
