pThe Technology Innovation team of Grafton, global brand brand in charge of Professional Recruitment, is looking for an IT Business Applications Specialist focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppbMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central /b /pulliAdminister, configure, maintain, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 and Business Central. /liliTranslate business requirements into effective system solutions. /liliIdentify opportunities for process automation and optimization. /liliManage system changes, integrations, testing, releases, and support. /liliResolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with external partners. /liliMaintain documentation, configurations, and governance standards. /liliEnsure data quality, user access control, and system reliability. /li /ulpbBusiness Intelligence Reporting /b /pulliOwn and manage the Microsoft BI and reporting environment. /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI. /liliTranslate business reporting needs into meaningful insights. /liliEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and availability. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve reporting automation and business intelligence. /li /ulpbBusiness Analysis Process Improvement /b /pulliServe as the link between business stakeholders and technical solutions. /liliAnalyze processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and efficiency. /liliGather requirements, document processes, and support implementation. /liliChallenge existing workflows and recommend improvements. /liliSupport users during testing, training, and system changes. /liliPromote effective use of Microsoft technologies across the organization. /li /ulpbIntegrations Microsoft Ecosystem /b /pulliSupport integrations between Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, and other applications. /liliTroubleshoot integration and data-flow issues with internal and external teams. /liliContribute to solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
/liliMaintain a holistic view of system interactions across the Microsoft environment. /li /ulpbProjects Continuous Improvement /b /pulliParticipate in or lead system implementation and improvement projects. /liliManage system changes from testing to deployment and ongoing support. /liliBuild internal knowledge of systems and processes. /liliStay updated on Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Power Platform, and Power BI. /li /ulpbAbout the Candidate /b /ppWe are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills, comfortable working independently in a hands-on operational environment. /ppbQualifications Experience /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. /lili5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, Business Central, BI, or related Microsoft applications. /liliHands-on experience in configuration, administration, customization, and continuous improvement. /liliPractical experience with Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data models. /liliStrong understanding of business processes and improvement opportunities. /liliExperience troubleshooting issues and performing root-cause analysis. /liliExperience managing system changes through testing, UAT, and deployment. /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of systems and projects. /liliMicrosoft certifications are a plus. /liliFluent English /li /ulpbr/ppWork Mode: full remote (frequent business trip to Lugano) /ppbr/ppGrafton è il brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
