pulliResponsible for the overall management of the project ensuring that the technical and financial goals of the project are achieved as set out by the management /liliKeeps the relationship to all related parties, especially to the local authorities and takes part in all relevant meetings. /liliPrepares cost estimations for design and construction at all stages (calculation of total development costs for a project) and supports tender proceedings and business development of the SUPERNOVA in Italy. /liliHas the responsibility to install and to put into force the site regulations. /liliHas the overall responsibility for meeting the requirements of the project targets in terms of scope of works, cost, time schedule, performance, quality and safety (contract management). /liliCost planning and cost control during the entire project and during the maintenance period and tender offer and preparation. /liliReports directly to the responsible Head of Group Construction. /liliIs based in the SUPERNOVA office in Italy and on the related construction sites. /liliResponsible for important commercial, administrative and/or technical documentation and correspondence. /liliHas the overall responsibility for all authority proceedings, for keeping contact to the authorities and for achieving all necessary permits for construction and operation in time. /liliSupervises the performance of the project control and administration activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing and accounting. /liliIs in charge of follow up the change orders,
additional works as well as claims in accordance with the established procedure of the contract (claim management). /liliIs responsible for the analysis of works performed (monthly reports, final report) /liliIs in charge of all contractual negotiations with necessary designers, consultants and construction companies and their later appointments (contracts). /liliHas to execute the handing over procedures with all contractors on site and all authorities. /liliIs responsible for the final acceptance certificate and operation permits. /liliClose collaboration with other departments and preparation of the BAB /liliGraduate in engineering (university or respective college) /liliSeveral years of work experience in handling substantial real estate development or construction projects in a similar position /liliDriving license, willingness to travel /liliresilience, mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis /liliItalian as mother tongue, bfluent in English as a must /b /liliExcellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must /liliknowledge of standard software applications, effective team building- and leadership quality with good interpersonal skills. /li /ulpbOffer /b /pulliVaried activities in an international and growing company /liliModern working environment with a highly motivated team /liliSupport for professional and personal training and development /li /ulh3Senior Construction Manager /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
