Descrizione.TEMPORARY PROJECT MANAGER – AUTOMATED INTRALOGISTICS PLANTSLocation: VareseSalary: 40.000€/45.000€ (for 6 months contract) + company car + welfareThe OpportunityAn international industrial group operating in automated intralogistics and smart automation systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex CAPEX & OPEX projects related to large-scale material handling and parcel sorting plants.The role involves full ownership of project execution, from planning to delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with scope, time, quality, and budget targets.This is a temporary assignment (initially 6 months), created to support organizational growth and increased project volume.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional project teams dedicated to specific customer ordersManage internal and external stakeholders’ expectationsControl budgets, costs, KPIs, and project performanceIdentify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plansOversee change management processes and contract variationsEnsure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and confidentialityReport progress to senior project leadershipProfile Requirements8–10 years of experience as Project Manager in complex industrial or plant-based environmentsBackground in automation, intralogistics, engineering plants,
