For our plant in Laives (BZ) we are looking for a Senior SAP BI & Analytics Specialist (m/f/x).

In this role you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our data reporting and analytics landscape, while supporting ongoing transformation and innovation projects.

Responsibilities

- Monitor SAP BW processes and ensure system performance and stability
- Analyze and resolve incidents in the SAP BW/BI environment
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness (data loads, transformations, housekeeping)
- Create stories and support the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modeling in SAP DataSphere
- Scripting of complex scenarios in SAC
- Provide 2nd-level support to business users, including BPC topics.
- Support SAP BI projects and S/4 transformation initiatives within the SAP Competence Center
- Collaborate with external consultants and partners
- Independently analyze and implement change requirements with high quality standards
- Keep up-to-date regarding new features and work proactively; be flexible with working time (including occasional weekend work)

Qualifications

- Completed studies in (business) Informatics or a related field
- Strong experience in SAP BW/BI (about 5+ years), including process chain monitoring and troubleshooting
- Hands‑on exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP DataSphere (about 5+ years each)
- Experience collaborating with and managing external consultants and IT service partners
- Project management experience is preferred,



along with expertise in managing consultants and IT service partners
- Proficient in English (B2 level or above)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and, if required, travel

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and reliable professional with strong analytical skills, especially in identifying and resolving issues. They are able to work independently, taking ownership of incident management and implementing solutions end‑to‑end. A high level of accuracy and a strong focus on quality are essential, with a mindset geared toward minimizing errors and ensuring consistent, reliable results.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 50.000,00 €.
