The Candidates support the Operation Manager by managing the operational activities inside BU and transversal through different Area/Depots particularly in the following responsabilities: Drive Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation Lead operational improvement initiatives across depots and business units, promoting digitalization, smart tools adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen/APSYS).
Monitor
Performance through KPI Management Define, track, and enhance operational, financial, and managerial KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making, fleet performance optimization, and achievement of availability, reliability, safety, and quality targets.
Standardize
Processes, Systems & Tools Ensure effective use of ERP and maintenance management systems, harmonize operational processes, standardize tools and reporting practices, and support data quality and governance across sites.
Manage
Stakeholder, Supplier & Customer Relationships Act as a key interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions, leading operational reviews, coordinating improvement plans, and supporting technical and commercial discussions.
Support Business
Development & Cost Optimization Participate in bid and tender activities, assessing operational requirements, contractual obligations, resource capacity, and cost efficiency to support profitable business growth. Lead Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate operational meetings, drive problem-solving and corrective actions, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and support people development across the organization.
Languages: Fluent professional English is required Experiences required: Technical experience in raliway businees and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering (+5 years) Experience of maintenance or production management in the railway industry or similar (+5 years) Project Management and Industrial management Technical knowledge of the trains IT skills – New Digital tool for Data analysis / managament (PowerBI, PowerApp, Advance Excel, .. Good understanding of production planning, time scheduling, construction planning, logistics planning Communication, Negotiation and Relationship with Customer, Suppliers andInternal Stakeholders Continuous Improvement approach, oriented to customersatisfaction Total Gross Annual Salary Range: 43.400 euro - 57.800 euro You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
