At Luxe Talent, we are partnering with an international luxury jewellery brand to recruit a Director of Communications (EMEA & Asia).
Based at the Milan HQ, this role will define and execute a globally aligned communications strategy, ensuring brand consistency, desirability, and impact across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Working closely with the Director of PR & Communications (USA) and the Head of Digital, you will drive a unified brand voice while adapting to regional nuances and supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global communications strategy aligned with brand vision and growth objectives
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across EMEA and Asia
- Lead crisis communications and protect brand reputation
- Develop and execute PR strategies across key international markets
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier global and regional media
- Oversee press activities including launches, events, interviews, and editorial placements
- Manage and coordinate PR agencies across multiple regions
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations to elevate brand positioning
- Lead ambassador, talent, and influencer strategies across EMEA and Asia
- Define global social media direction and oversee regional execution
- Monitor performance and optimize impact across channels
- Ensure full alignment between communications, digital strategy, and e-commerce objectives
- Drive fully integrated 360 campaigns across PR, social, and digital
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in communications/PR within luxury (ideally jewellery)
- Proven track record managing multi-market strategies (EMEA & Asia)
- Strong international media network and cultural understanding
- Experience in partnerships, influencer strategies, and global campaigns
- Background managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Languages
- Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory)
- French is a plus
