Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the safe and efficient delivery of goods and logistics information within a defined area of responsibility. In this role, you will coordinate, monitor, and control logistics activities to achieve targets for quality, delivery time, and cost.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure that goods are delivered to the right place at the right time and cost while supporting smooth logistics operations and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of goods and logistics information with internal and external stakeholders
- Expedite deliveries to ensure goods are available at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost
- Maintain accurate logistics data in relevant systems
- Coordinate and support suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor logistics activities and address delivery issues when required
- Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve operational logistics processes
- Support logistics and supply chain activities in line with customer and business requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics and transportation processes
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain activities
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and ensure timely delivery
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience with logistics or ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English

The remuneration package includes a gross annual salary ranging from €26,500 to €32,000, with the final offer determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal salary policies.
