The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.In your role you will:Manage daily communications with customers, ensuring timely and effective support; Monitor orders, fromreceipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions; Coordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues; Provide proactive customer support, identifying solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty; Support the sales team in developing growth strategies for the target markets; Request the necessary documentation for export - delivery notes, invoices,
