Learning Product & Course Design Manager
Learning Architecture, Certification & Scalable Content
? Milan, Italy
? Permanent Tempo pieno
? €35K–€38K based on experience
We are looking for a Learning Product & Course Design Manager to build and own the first scalable learning product engine for JETCV, one of ThinkFree’s core digital initiatives.
Our digital ecosystem is focused on verified skills, certified experiences and dynamic professional profiles, connecting individuals, schools, training organizations, institutions, companies and certification partners.
The role will be responsible for turning our Scalable Learning Methodology into concrete learning products and courses.
You will also actively contribute to design course and writing, working with subject-matter experts, trainers and internal teams to develop modules, slides, exercises, case studies, assessments and trainer-ready materials that can be delivered consistently and scaled across the JETCV ecosystem.
The lifecycle you will own
Market Evidence → Product Opportunity → Course Concept → Learning Architecture → Assessment & Certification → Content Production → Trainer Enablement → Pilot → Measure → Improve → Scale
This is not a traditional trainer, content writer or academic coordination role.
We are looking for someone who thinks in products and systems and can turn customer evidence into repeatable, measurable and commercially sustainable learning experiences.
Your role is the bridge between what the market needs and what JETCV decides to build.
- Learning Product Portfolio
You will
- turn customer and market needs into clear course opportunities;
- define target, value proposition, learning outcomes and success criteria;
- prioritize which courses should be built, tested, scaled or stopped;
- manage the JETCV learning product roadmap and progression paths.
? Goal: build the right courses — based on real demand, not assumptions.
- Learning Architecture, Assessment & Certification
You will
- apply the JETCV Learning Methodology across Core → Applied → Strategic levels;
- translate learning goals into observable capabilities and verifiable evidence;
- design exercises, assessments, rubrics and certification criteria;
- ensure every course is measurable, certifiable and consistent with JETCV standards.
? Goal: turn learning into verified capability, not simple attendance.
- Scalable Content Production
You will
- actively contribute to writing modules, slides, exercises, cases and assessments;
- work with subject-matter experts and trainers to turn expertise into structured courses;
- create reusable templates and modular content that can be adapted across customers;
- use AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, drafting, adaptation and quality review.
? Goal: create high-quality content that can be reused, maintained and scaled.
- Trainer Enablement, Pilot & Continuous Improvement
You will
- create trainer kits, delivery guides and assessment instructions;
- certifies trainers to deliver courses consistently and independently;
- support pilots and collect feedback directly from learners, trainers and customers;
- use learning and performance data to continuously improve the course portfolio.
? Goal: make every course repeatable, measurable and better after every delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for a traditional trainer, instructional content writer or academic course coordinator.
We are looking for someone who:
- thinks in products and systems, starting from real customer needs rather than isolated content;
- combines learning quality, commercial logic, scalability and measurable outcomes;
- can turn ambiguity into clear frameworks, course architectures, templates and repeatable processes;
- is highly operational, able to work across educators, trainers, commercial teams, specialists and developers;
- takes ownership,
makes decisions independently and can challenge ideas when the evidence does not support them.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning Product, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, EdTech, Corporate Learning or similar roles;
- proven experience designing digital, blended or instructor-led learning programs from needs analysis to delivery and assessment;
- strong understanding of learning outcomes, course architecture, assessment, rubrics and evidence-based learning;
- strong project and stakeholder management skills, including coordination of trainers, subject-matter experts and external partners;
- strong communication and analytical skills, Italian fluent, English working proficiency, hands-on use of AI tools, and availability for periodic on-site activities across Italy.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in education, EdTech, skills certification or professional training;
- familiarity with LMS, digital certification, train-the-trainer or competency frameworks;
- startup or scale-up experience.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
- The opportunity to build our learning product engine from day one;
- real ownership of the learning product portfolio;
- end-to-end visibility across Customer Need → Product → Learning → Evidence → Certification → Adoption → Lesson Learned → Growth;
- close collaboration with Founders, Sales, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, Product & IT;
- direct exposure to schools, institutions, companies and trainers;
- the opportunity to shape proprietary learning standards and scalable content systems;
- potential growth toward Head of Learning Products or Learning Strategy leadership.
