ABOUT CELEBREAK

CeleBreak makes playing football easy. Through our app, anyone can find and join a game in minutes, no permanent team, no organizing headaches, no chasing 13 friends for availability. We host 25–35 matches every day in Barcelona alone and operate across 8 cities including Madrid, Dubai, Frankfurt, Munich and Copenhagen.

We're not just a booking app, we build real-life communities through football. FC Barcelona believed in this vision enough to join us as a shareholder through its Barça Innovation Hub, and ex-pros like Patrice Evra and Nicolas Anelka have appeared at our tournaments. Now we're launching Milan and we're looking for the person who will build CeleBreak's presence here from the ground up.

THE ROLE A founding role for a new market. You'll be the face of CeleBreak in Milan on the pitch, in front of field owners, and behind our local channels working directly with our Strategic Advisor & Market Lead. The role starts as a 6-month internship and grows into a full-time position with a successful city launch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Secure field supply: find football fields, negotiate terms and build long-term partnerships with owners.
- Make games happen: organise games, deliver a great on-pitch experience, and play when needed.
- Grow the community: build and nurture the CeleBreak Milan player community.

- Source new players: from universities, expat groups, offices and co-working spaces.
- Own our social presence: run the CeleBreak Milan profiles: capture content and post consistently.
- Report & learn: track games hosted, fill rates and retention; share learnings with HQ.

- Very social: meeting new people energizes you and people enjoy meeting you.
- Football lover: you play, you watch, you know what makes a great pick-up game.
- Commercially sharp: comfortable negotiating with field owners and spotting win-win deals.
- Great with people: you make people feel welcome and care about every player's experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, handle ambiguity and get things done independently.
- Fluent in Italian & English and based in Milan (or able to relocate immediately).
