This role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa’s financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.G., Hya care, inclusion,
service excellence).Main Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a personalized guest experience aligned with brand standardsHandle guest complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfactionContinuously monitor service levels and treatment qualityFoster a guest-centric culture within the teamAssist in planning and supervising daily Spa operationsEnsure efficient management of treatment schedules and room occupancyOptimize workflows to maximize productivity and revenueSupport inventory management and stock controlSupervise and coordinate the Spa team (therapists, receptionists, beauticians)Support recruitment, training, and staff developmentMonitor individual performance and motivate the team to achieve targetsEnsure adherence to grooming and behavioral standardsEnsure compliance with all health, hygiene, and professional regulationsOversee treatment protocols, safety procedures, and product usageVerify staff qualifications and certificationsAct as the main point of contact for inspections and auditsSupport achievement of Spa revenue and profitability targetsMonitor KPIs (room occupancy, revenue per treatment,
