Project Overview
This internship project is designed to provide the trainee with a comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality and guest experience within one of Venice's most iconic hotels. Through operational exposure, guest journey analysis, and a focused improvement initiative, the trainee will contribute to enhancing personalized service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Project Objectives

- Explore the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Analyze guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
