We’re looking for a talented Graphic & Content Designer to join our team in Milan.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative sensibility and a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for visual design, typography, social media content, photography, video, and contemporary digital culture .
You will work across multiple channels, helping shape and evolve the brand’s visual identity through engaging content for social media, digital platforms, print, events, and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints
- Create compelling visual content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, website, digital campaigns, and other social media channels
- Develop engaging social-first content , including posts, stories, reels, animations, and short-form video
- Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, presentations, invitations, catalogues, and other digital and print materials
- Develop photo and video shoots , from creative concept and moodboards to content selection, editing, retouching, and final delivery
- Edit and adapt photo and video content for different formats and platforms
- Contribute to creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, and special projects
- Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into the design process for image generation, concept development, visual experimentation, video, and content creation
- Ensure consistency, accuracy,
and high-quality execution across all creative materials
- Stay constantly updated on design, fashion, social media, visual culture, AI tools, and emerging creative trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or a similar creative role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Good knowledge of photo editing and retouching
- Experience with video editing and short-form social content ; knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI creative tools for image, video, and content generation
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and awareness of current trends across design, interiors, fashion, art, and digital culture
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content
- Proactive, curious, fast-moving, and comfortable working across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social media content, photography and/or video work
- Experience or a strong personal interest in design, furniture, interiors, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be considered a plus.
