ATLIX Group is an industrial additive manufacturing company born from the carve-out of TRUMPF Additive Manufacturing in July 2025 and acquired by the LEO III Fund, managed by DUBAG Group. Today, ATLIX operates through three legal entities across Italy, Germany and the United States, employing approximately 150 people worldwide.
The Group is currently navigating a pivotal phase of its evolution. Following the carve-out, ATLIX is building its own independent organizational structure, corporate identity and operating model, while laying the foundations for future organic growth and potential expansion into new locations and markets.
As the organization transitions from being part of a larger corporate environment to establishing itself as a standalone international industrial group, people, culture and leadership will play a critical role in its long-term success. To support this journey, ATLIX is seeking a highly experienced Global HR Director who can shape and lead the Group HR agenda across geographies, ensuring alignment between business strategy, organizational development and growth ambitions.
Reporting directly to the CEO and interacting with the governance of DUBAG Group, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and scale a modern international HR function, acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team during a period of significant transformation.
The role The Global HR Director will lead ATLIX's transition from a locally focused HR organization to a fully integrated and scalable Group HR function capable of supporting international growth and future business developments.
The role is built around three strategic pillars shared with the Group's governance:
People
- Driving talent attraction, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, engagement and retention across all geographies.
Culture
- Supporting the definition of ATLIX's corporate identity, values, leadership behaviours and post carve-out cultural integration, helping create a unified organization across countries and teams.
Communication
- Developing effective internal communication practices, employee engagement initiatives and employer branding strategies to strengthen alignment across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Group HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and shareholder expectations.
- Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies and governance processes across multiple countries.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Design and oversee international compensation and benefits strategies.
- Drive cultural integration and change management programmes in a post carve-out environment.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational development and business transformation priorities.
- Lead employee relations and strategic labour relations topics across Italy, Germany and the United States.
- Oversee HR analytics, HRIS development and executive reporting to Group governance.
- Lead and develop an international HR team while coordinating external HR partners and advisors.
The ideal Candidate
We are looking for an accomplished HR executive with:
- Extensive leadership experience within multinational manufacturing organizations.
- Proven responsibility for HR strategy across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Experience in transformation environments such as carve-outs, M&A; integrations, restructurings or private equity-backed businesses.
- Strong expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational design and leadership development.
- Experience working with Boards, investors, private equity funds or institutional governance bodies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a true strategic partner to executive leadership.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Executive ("Dirigente") employment contract.
- Annual gross salary between €100,000 and €130,000, based on experience and profile fit.
- Company car as part of the benefits package.
- Annual MBO between 20% and 25% of fixed compensation.
