Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Central & Southern Italy) on behalf of our partner, RISCO. RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide. The company is expanding its Smart Home & Building Automation business and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Central and Southern Italy by developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer network, and supporting key B2B clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with system integrators,
installers, designers, wholesalers, and other business partners
- Support partners in developing new Smart Home and Building Automation projects
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
- Identify and acquire new high-value customers
- Expand regional distribution channels and partner network
- Drive regional sales activities and achieve agreed sales targets
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate business opportunities
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular commercial reports
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams

Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in Smart Home, Smart Building, Security, HVAC, Electrical Systems, Access Control, Fire Protection, or related industries
- Experience developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and develop regional growth strategies
- Fluent Italian and English
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Team player
Nice to have
- Experience with Smart Home and Building Automation technologies
- Familiarity with DALI, DMX, KNX, or other building automation protocols
- Experience working with distributors and professional installation networks
