Design Engineer with French

We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Designer to join our team in Milan, Italy .

In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical design solutions for thermal networks using our innovative products. You will work closely with our Customer Service and International Sales teams , supporting both internal and external customers with your technical expertise.

This is a hybrid position (50% office-based) and is also a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates looking to start their professional career in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design solutions for thermal networks using the company's products
- Review and optimize project execution plans
- Prepare proposals for thermal network systems
- Perform detailed static calculations for thermal networks
- Conduct heat loss analyses
- Prepare bills of materials
- Create assembly diagrams using AutoCAD




- Provide technical advice to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with Customer Service and International Sales teams

Requirements

- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English and French , both written and spoken (minimum B2), native Italian.
- Goal-oriented and responsible approach to assigned tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000 - €50,000, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
