pChaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners specializing in the recruitment of Middle and Top Management professionals, is currently searching for a bASPP /bfor a leading company in the Automotive sector: /ppbr/ppbPURPOSE OF THE ROLE /b /ppASPP supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. They contribute to the identification and assessment of workplace risks, the development of preventive and protection measures, and the promotion of a safety culture. The ASPP collaborates with the RSPP Coordinator, the management, and the employees to ensure a safe working environment, actively participating in training, inspections, and incident reporting activities (injuries, accidents and near misses). /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /pulliSupport the RSPP in implementing health and safety policies and procedures. /liliAssist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and development of preventive/protective measures. /liliContribute to safety documentation updates, including the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), the emergency plan and the subcontractors’ interference (DUVRI). /liliParticipate in safety inspections, audits and incident reporting. /liliHelp organize mandatory training and promote safety awareness.
/liliCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with safety regulations (D.lgs. 81/08). /liliProvide support for safety training and awareness programs. /liliMaintain the applications’ database to support the Health and Safety Management System. /li /ulpbr/ppbWORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE /b /pulli2 years of experience in occupational health and safety within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments, preferably in multiplant contest. /liliFamiliarity with risk assessment processes, safety inspections, and incident reporting. /liliKnowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and standards. /li /ulpbr/ppbWORK-RELATED KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS /b /pulliCompletion of the specific safety courses: ASPP (Module A and B) /liliTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and in the Workplace /liliKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (D.lgs. 81/08, UNI ISO 45001) and risk management principles. /liliFamiliarity with safety documentation (DVR, DUVRI, SDS) and related procedures. /liliAbility to conduct basic risk assessments and support safety inspections. /liliUnderstanding of workplace hazards (chemical, physical, ergonomic) and preventive measures. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft 365. /li /ulpbr/ppLocation: Modena /ppbr/ppRAL: 40-45K + Ticket + Lavoro da remoto /p
