About The Role
What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly shape how AI treats people around the world? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure that AI systems are fair, inclusive, and responsible for everyone who uses them.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to thoughtful individuals from any background. You don't need a degree in ethics or AI — you need sharp judgment, cultural awareness, and the ability to communicate clearly.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and equitable across diverse audiences
- Flag ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Help identify subtle issues that guidelines alone might not catch — your human judgment matters here
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
- A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
- Attentive to nuance, context, and cultural sensitivity
- A clear and articulate written communicator
- Self-motivated and consistent in your approach
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required
Nice to Have
- Experience in areas like journalism, policy, education, social work, or research
- Familiarity with topics such as algorithmic bias, content moderation, or digital safety
- Exposure to diverse cultural contexts or multilingual environments
