/p pFor IMA BFB, we are looking for a PLC Software Designer - On Field.
/p pIMA BFB specializes in the design and manufacturing of end-of-line packaging machines.
/p h3bThe Role /b /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and test software for the control of automatic machines using PLC systems; /li liDevelop software for functions, modules, and machines based on assigned specifications; /li liPrepare project, functional, and testing specifications in collaboration with the Hardware and Mechanical Engineering departments; /li liSupport production during machine start-up and testing activities, and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers; /li liDiagnose and resolve post-installation issues and technical problems; /li liActivity breakdown: 20% software development, 40% workshop testing and commissioning, 40% on-site commissioning and testing at customer premises.
/li /ul h3bExperience Skills /b /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications; /li liGood command of the English language; /li liWillingness to travel nationally and internationally for approximately 100 days per year.
/li /ul h3bWhat Will Set You Apart /b /h3 ul li2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial automation sector; /li liTechnical expertise in software programming for Motion Control platforms; /li liStrong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams; /li liKnowledge of the following programming platforms and languages: Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal) and Schneider Electric systems.
/li /ul h3bCompensation Package /b /h3 pThe starting gross annual salary (RAL) will be €36,000, in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry.
The compensation may be increased based on the candidate's experience and skills, in line with objective and gender-neutral evaluation criteria.
