Duties and Responsibilities: Develop Process Design activities during project execution phase in compliance with time, quality and budget requirements Carry out process analysis and simulations to evaluate the efficiency of the processes Prepare Heat Material Balance Sheets Create Process Flow Diagrams and Process Piping &Instrumentation; Diagrams Equipment sizing; Equipment and Instrumentation Process datasheet compilation Knowledge of international best practices and engineering standards Definition and sizing of lines PSV, Control Valves calculation and sizing HazOp, HazId support Prepare Process Specifications for Request for Quotation (RfQ) and provide support for the technical process compliance Assistance to the various disciplines for the development of detailed design Carry out feasibility analyses Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of the plants Verify compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
Knowledge & Qualifications Master's degree in chemical engineering,



from 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, good management skills of personnel and aptitude for learning chemical processes and production activities Advanced knowledge of production processes, production methods and technologies Skills in the use of process simulation software (ASPEN, HYSYS, others) Knowledge of AutoCAD basic features Excellent use of MS Office system (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point)
Experience Proven professional experience in the chemical, petrochemical, refining or fuel sectors, with involvement or exposure to sustainability initiatives (i.e. strategic business repositioning, access to new sustainable technologies) or special projects concerning circular economy or energy transition.
Proven experience developing Feasibility, process Design Packages, Basic Design Packages, FEED and EPC Projects
Skills and Abilities Fluent English Excellent IT and analytical skills Natural attitude to learn new technologies Attitude for Self-management for project development and completion Analysis and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability Team-oriented, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution Attention to details, strong communications and interpersonal skills Willingness to Travel in Europe and abroad

Contract Type and Classification: Contract type: Permanent Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) Job classification level: Middle Manager, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement
Compensation:



The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be 47,******€ The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
