Your impact

- Grow the Italian market through active prospecting, cold outreach, and new business development.
- Consult prospects on onOffice software and web solutions, from first contact to proposal.
- Own negotiations and turn qualified opportunities into signed contracts.

What matters

- Strong commercial mindset, customer focus, and confidence in phone‑based sales. Clear focus on targets, KPIs, conversions,

and revenue.
- Good English for regular collaboration with our German headquarters.
- Nice to have: Real estate market experience, or CRM knowledge.
