/p pstrong The Role /strong /pp There is a new opportunity within our Innovation team: we are looking for an RD Senior Project Manager who, reporting to the RD Manager, will be responsible for managing new product development projects and changes to existing products, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that project timelines, costs and objectives are met.
/p p The person will also be responsible for coordinating a team of 3 people dedicated to the management of technical master data and the creation of documentation to support production and the Care department, ensuring the quality, consistency and timely availability of information.
/p pstrong The person we are looking for will: /strong /pulli manage product development projects,
including new product development and changes to existing products; /lili coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product and Laboratory; /lili plan and monitor project activities by creating and managing detailed Gantt charts; /lili work closely with the RD Manager to define priorities and provide project status updates; /lili ensure that project timelines, costs and milestones are met; /lili monitor project risks, identify critical issues and propose corrective actions to support development decisions; /lili liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to oversee project progress; /lili actively contribute to new product development by bringing technical expertise and problem-solving skills; /lili work with the functions involved to define tasks, operational responsibilities and areas of intervention; /lili coordinate the team responsible for technical master data management, setting priorities, workloads and deadlines, and ensuring that product information is correctly created, maintained and updated in company systems; /lili oversee the creation, update and release of technical documentation for Production, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with product changes; /lili contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and engineering change management processes.
/li /ul pstrong You are the right fit if you have: /strong /pulli a technical background: Degree in Engineering, preferably Management,
Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education; /lili at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in Product Development; /lili proven experience in managing structured projects; /lili experience gained in manufacturing companies; /lili fluent knowledge of Italian (C1); /lili good knowledge of English, used in international professional contexts; /lili leadership, communication and management skills for both direct and cross-functional teams; /lili excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
/li /ul pstrong Skills that would be considered a plus: /strong /pulli knowledge of ERP/PLM/PDM systems or tools for managing technical product data; /lili experience in defining or improving processes, document flows and operating standards; /lili experience in coordinating activities related to bills of materials, routings, product coding, production documentation or technical release.
