pbAbout the job /b /ppFor a multinational company operating in a dynamic and international environment, we are seeking a commercial professional to lead enterprise account acquisition, drive regional growth, and strengthen long?term partnerships across the EMEA region.
The role combines structured hunting activities, strategic farming, and cross?regional coordination, playing a central part in expanding market presence, increasing recurring revenue, and supporting commercial initiatives across multiple countries.

You will combine a strong hunting mindset, identifying, pitching, and winning new enterprise?level accounts, with structured farming capabilities, scaling long?term revenue through renewals, cross?selling, and upselling.
/ppYou will collaborate closely with international sales teams, operations, service delivery, and senior stakeholders to manage complex accounts, negotiate multi?country agreements, and ensure consistent execution across markets.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation excellence, international exposure, and the ability to operate in fast?evolving environments.

/liliExecute account plans to drive upselling and cross?selling of service subscriptions.
/liliStrengthen long?term relationships and maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR).
/li /ulpbC?Level Engagement /b /pulliBuild long?term relationships with senior decision?makers (CFOs, Facility Managers, Procurement Directors, Operations VPs).
/liliNavigate complex corporate structures and influence multi?country stakeholders.
/li /ulpbCross?Border Execution /b /pulliCollaborate with international field teams, service delivery, and local operations to ensure seamless rollout of SLAs across multiple EMEA sites.
/liliCoordinate implementation timelines and service quality standards.
/li /ulpbPipeline Forecasting /b /pulliMaintain CRM accuracy and structured revenue forecasting.
/liliReport regularly on ARR/MRR goals, pipeline status, and market trends.
/liliProvide insights to support strategic commercial planning /li /ulpbr/ppbYour Profile /b /ppbEssential /b /pulliBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
/lili6+ years of B2B sales and account management experience with Enterprise / Large Corporate clients at an international level.
/liliStrong understanding of subscription?based or recurring revenue models (equipment rental/leasing, water/hygiene services, facility management, industrial services).
/liliFluent English required; Italian preferred.
/liliAdditional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a strong plus.
/liliExpert negotiation skills and structured sales methodology (Solution Selling, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC).
/liliAbility to manage complex,
