/ppReporting to the strongHook-Up Commissioning Superintendent /strong, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing strongMechanical/Piping Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities /strong, ensuring that systems are complete, safe and operational in accordance with project requirements.
/ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /ppPre-Commissioning Commissioning /pulliSupervise flushing, cleaning, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, air blowing and leak testing of piping systems.
/liliSupport installation checks and pre-start-up verifications for pumps, compressors, vessels, exchangers and piping.
/liliVerify alignment, grouting, bolt torquing and lubrication of rotating equipment.
/liliWitness equipment rotation checks, vibration checks and functional tests in accordance with OEM procedures.
/liliVerify mechanical and piping system integrity, reinstatement and punch list clearance.
/liliSupport troubleshooting activities during start-up.
/li /ulpbr / /ppPlanning Coordination /pulliPrepare commissioning procedures, test packs and checklists for Mechanical/Piping systems.
/liliCoordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Vendors, Operations and Instrumentation teams to ensure system readiness.
/liliMonitor strongMechanical Completion /strong progress and system handover activities.
/liliParticipate in system walkdowns and redline drawing updates.
/liliContribute to the preparation and compilation of commissioning dossiers.
/li /ulpbr / /ppHandover System Completion /pulliManage the handover of Mechanical/Piping systems from Construction to Commissioning and subsequently to Operations.
/liliEnsure all technical documentation is properly collected and recorded, including test reports, torque certificates and as-built documentation.
/liliSupport reliability runs, performance testing and final acceptance activities with the Client and Operations teams.
/li /ulpbr / /ppHSE /pulliEnsure that all commissioning activities are carried out in compliance with strongPTW, LOTO /strong and project HSE procedures.
/liliParticipate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety meetings.
/liliPromptly report incidents, near misses and equipment anomalies.
/liliStop unsafe activities whenever necessary.
/li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pullistrongBachelor#39;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering /strong or equivalent qualification.
/liliAt least strong8 years of experience /strong in Mechanical/Piping activities after obtaining the degree.
/liliPrevious experience in strongPre-Commissioning and Commissioning /strong activities within the Oil Gas, Energy or industrial plant sectors.
/liliKnowledge of strongASME, API, ISO /strong and project-specific standards.
/liliAbility to read and interpret strongPIDs, isometric drawings, test packs, equipment datasheets and vendor drawings /strong.
/liliExperience with Commissioning/Completion Management systems such as strongICAPS, WinPCS, CMS /strong or equivalent.
/liliStrong problem-solving skills during start-up and troubleshooting activities.
/liliExcellent coordination and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
/lilistrongExcellent written and spoken English /strong, with proven ability to prepare technical reports.

/ppThe final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate#39;s technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
/ppIn exceptional cases, where a candidate#39;s profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
