SAN SONNEA
To support the General Manager of our SAN SONNEA Lodge, we are looking for an experienced, dedicated and solution-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong passion for hospitality.
Your Tasks
- Support the General Management with organisational, operational and administrative tasks
- Act as a key liaison between General Management, department heads, guests and external partners
- Contribute to strategic and conceptual projects as well as the implementation of quality standards
- Prepare reports, statistics, meeting minutes and presentations
- Support the planning and coordination of meetings, training sessions and internal events
- Monitor and manage guest feedback, online reputation and quality management tools
- Take responsibility for selected tasks in controlling and purchasing, depending on experience
- Be actively involved in daily operations and coordinate cross-departmental tasks and projects
Your Profile
- Professional experience in a comparable position within upscale or luxury hospitality
- Excellent organisational skills, a structured working style and a hands-on mentality
- Friendly and professional manner with excellent communication skills
- High level of discretion, loyalty and responsibility
- Confident use of common office software and hotel management systems
- Team player with initiative, strong problem-solving skills and an exceptional service mindset
- Very good command of English, German and Italian
