Join us! /ppThe Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with company quality standards, supporting production processes, and promoting continuous improvement. /ph3You role /h3ulliYou will ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable regulations. /liliMonitor and analyze production processes to prevent defects. /liliYou will collaborate with Production and Technology departments to implement corrective and improvement actions. /liliManage and update quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports). /liliYou will conduct internal audits across production departments. /liliAnalyze quality data and KPIs to propose optimization solutions. /liliCoordinate problem-solving activities in case of non-conformities. /liliSupport the validation of new processes and products. /liliYou will support the Quality Manager during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the HV electrical laboratory, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. /liliCollaborate with the Quality Manager during external customer audits, providing operational and documentation support. /li /ulh3About you /h3ulliYou have a technical background and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 and related standards). /liliFamiliarity with quality control tools and SPC methodologies. /liliData analysis skills and experience with reporting software.
